Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We ship exclusively within the United States.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. SoapMaking Bride is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, Damaged or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

SoapMaking Bride is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but not received. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file claims or investigate delivery issues.

However, we will gladly assist by providing tracking information and shipment details when available.
